Reporting to the Senior Global Lead, Talent Technology & Attraction, our ideal candidate has a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to translate technical insights into actionable solutions. Your technical background will support process optimization, application configuration, and system integrations while also helping to lead project timelines, client group communications, and coordination efforts.

 

As a Technical Project Coordinator within the Global Talent Technology and Attraction (GTTA) team based in Vancouver, we support the deployment and optimization of talent tools used across geographically dispersed teams. This role offers valuable experience in project coordination, data analysis, application support, and process improvement, all while supporting enterprise-wide talent initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination of technical projects, including scheduling meetings, leading agile meetings as the team's junior SCRUM master, preparing documentation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for HR technology tools.
  • Develop user guides, process documentation, and infographics to support internal and external client groups.
  • Support system configuration and testing cycles.
  • Assist with data integrations and light scripting.
  • Building and iterating dashboards and reports (Power BI, APIs).
  • Support Advisors, collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead and integrate multiple systems, ensuring detailed data flow and interoperability.
  • Generating and analyzing reports to support decision-making and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and global client groups to support timely delivered project achievements and results.

Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in a technology, analytics, or business-related field with confirmed technical expertise and core skills in Power BI, SQL, data storytelling, collaborator coordination, and familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Experience analyzing data and reporting, with proficiency in tools such as Python, Power BI, or SQL.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, and validated expertise in building high-quality PowerPoint presentations and comprehensive Word documents.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including tracking tasks, user stories, features and epics within Microsoft DevOps, follow up on action items, and facilitating collaborator communication.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, working in an iterative environment with the capacity and resiliency to adjust to quick pivots in focus, direction, and end results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical ideas to non-technical collaborators.
  • Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Technology Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with Power Platform applications and/or relational databases.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, including authentication frameworks such as OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, and SCIM.
  • Experience using scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and data manipulation.
  • Exposure to enterprise software implementation and support.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards applying APIs to access data from third-party sources where applicable.

Salary Range: $67,000 - $82,000

 

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
