Join our Global Talent Technology & Attraction team in Vancouver as a Co-op student, where you’ll support our innovative recruitment systems that empower teams across the globe. In this role, you’ll have the chance to flex your programming and technical skills while gaining valuable experience in application support, system integration, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

Participate in the development and maintenance of in-house recruitment systems using custom API integrations across multiple applications and tools.
Be a go-to person for resolving issues with our recruitment tools, ensuring everything runs smoothly for users across the organization.
Look for opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and implement solutions using scripting and low-code tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
Develop clear and easy-to-follow guides and resources to support users in navigating recruitment systems with ease.

Qualifications

Solid Python skills, especially with libraries like pandas and requests, to support system integrations.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and understanding how to connect systems. Knowledge of authentication frameworks (e.g., OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, SCIM) is a bonus!
Familiarity with version control tools like Git, to handle and track changes in code and collaborate optimally with team members.
Strong customer service and technical support skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner.
A collaborative vibe, with experience working in Agile teams to continuously improve processes and workflows.

Salary Range: $3900 - $4900 / Month

Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.
