  • Develop and maintain SQL Server solutions, including T-SQL queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data pipelines
  • Build and support Power BI dashboards and reports to meet operational and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and vendors on system implementation, configuration, release planning, and lifecycle management.
  • Support system integrations and data workflows across engineering, enterprise, and operational platforms.
  • Work hands-on with technologies including Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, and Windows-based environments
  • Maintain accurate and current technical documentation, user guides, and support procedures
  • Monitor system health, performance, and usage trends to proactively identify and implement improvements.
  • Contribute to initiatives around security, cloud compliance, and overall system performance
  • Participate in agile project workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 5–7 years of experience in Tier 3 application support, system analysis, or technical solution delivery—preferably in the mining or industrial sector.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, including debugging, enhancement, and integration of enterprise applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, data modeling, and performance optimization
  • Proven expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard development.
  • Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., App Services, Functions, Azure SQL) and DevOps pipelines
  • Working knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript is an asset.
  • Experience managing technical documentation, small system enhancements, and participating in change and release management
  • Solid understanding of Windows-based environments, including networking, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, particularly related to incident and change management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; fluency in English is required, and Spanish is a strong asset.
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
