Role Overview
Reporting to the ERP Project Lead, the ERP Project Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, carrying out, and successful delivery of ERP implementations.
This role helps manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and communications with collaborators to ensure ERP initiatives meet business goals and improve operational efficiency.
This role ensures the SAP solutions (S/4HANA, Ariba, and Concur) are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business process transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
- Create project documents and associated planning documents.
- Facilitate effective project scheduling, activity tracking, monitoring and controlling, and change control processes involved in the project's lifecycle and deliverables.
- Manage unresolved issues and risks, including risk mitigations, resolution options, and recommendations. Engage with various project collaborators and collaborate with other project team members
- Prepare regular project status reports detailing project deliverables, potential risks and issues, timelines, and tracking anticipated efforts to complete tasks and achievements.
- Additional responsibilities assigned by the ERP Project Lead, including creating Statements of Work, monitoring deliverables and approvals, tracking application integration, assisting with test planning and execution, and maintaining requirements traceability.
SAP Methodology & Delivery Governance
- Apply SAP Activate, ASAP, or hybrid delivery models depending on project context.
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) with clear mitigation plans.
- Lead steering committee updates, project reporting, and executive communications.
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle—from initiation and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk/issue logs.
- Ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Guide change management activities, including communication plans, training, and user adoption strategies.
- Ensure ERP solutions align with organizational policies, governance standards, and compliance requirements. Develop required standards, procedures, and processes to support the successful execution and implementation of project activities.
Collaborator Management
- Act as the primary liaison between business collaborators, IT teams, ERP vendors, and implementation partners.
- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Provide consistent project progress reports to executive sponsors and steering committees.
Technical & Functional Coordination
- Oversee configuration, customization, integration, data migration, and testing activities in partnership with technical teams.
- Ensure functional documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained.
- Support issue triage and resolution during UAT and post-go-live support phases.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, system integrators, and consultants.
- Review partner deliverables, SOWs, change requests, and verify compliance with contractual commitments.

Qualifications
- 5–10+ years managing SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA, or hybrid).
- Strong understanding of SAP modules, end-to-end business processes, and integration touchpoints.
- Experience with SAP Activate or other SAP implementation methodologies.
- Proven ability to work with both technical and functional SAP resources.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaborator engagement skills.
- Proficiency with project tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira).
