Role Overview
Reporting to Director, ERP Program, the Manager, ERP Governance is responsible for governance, and stakeholder management, ultimately ensuring that key business partnership groups have consistent and quality information to facilitate decision making, risk resolution and change leadership.
This is an initial 12-month contract to start with a strong possibility of extension based on program needs.

Responsibilities
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Program Governance Management: Design and manage Program Governance (reporting, steerco (Executive Leadership Team), functional working group (Senior Management Team), Board meeting materials (when required) and prepare Governance materials (pre-read, post-read, presentation materials, decision memos).
- Program Communications: Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Change Management teams to tailor Program communications based on direction from advisory and steering bodies, ensuring consistency of messaging across program.
- Stakeholder engagement tracking and preparation: prepare ERP Leadership team for engagements with key business partners, and in collaboration with executive assistant, to manage schedule of engagement. Track collaborator issues from identification through resolution. Work with Change Management teams to provide key business collaborators the information needed to sponsor the change.
- Team efficiency: manage the meeting cadence for the ERP executive group, ensuring pre-read materials are sent in advance, time is well spent, and objectives are achieved.
- Continuous Improvement: foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes and outcomes and adjusting as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of heavy industry experience with proven advanced knowledge of ERP programs, digital transformation programs or major capital projects.
- Excellent project management skills and able to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including speaking and presenting in both team meetings and more formal settings.
- Sophisticated digital literacy including enterprise reporting or analytics tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- A dynamic contributor who can conduct in-depth analysis and problem solving to make balanced recommendations.
- Good understanding of business drivers and use of business logic in decision making.
- Strong interpersonal skills and personal effectiveness; consistent record to influence and maintain good relationships with a variety of audiences.
- A leader dedicated to achieving goals with strong planning, analytical, and decision-making skills. Ability to lead and work efficiently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A great teammate who brings new insights, process execution and initiative.
- Ability to prioritize with minimal mentorship and meet time constraints.
- Understanding of and experience with continuous improvement methodologies, organizational change and its applications is preferred.
- Ability to speak Spanish is an asset.
