Role Overview
Reporting to the Team Lead, Audio Video Services, the Senior AV Specialist delivers professional AV support across Teck's corporate environment, from hybrid meeting rooms to high-profile executive live events.
The ideal candidate brings a strong live events background and the professionalism to operate effectively alongside executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
- Operate AV production for corporate live events including CEO town halls, investor relations webcasts, and board-level meetings
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot AV systems including audio DSP, cameras, displays, and control systems
- Support collaboration endpoints and meeting room technology across corporate office locations
- Contribute to room deployment projects including staging, commissioning, and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on AV experience in corporate or live event environments
- Demonstrated experience operating AV for live productions: audio mixing, video switching, presentation support
- Strong understanding of AV signal flow, DSP platforms, and display/camera systems
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms and meeting room technology
- Professional communication skills; comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience in Audio DSP programming experience (QSC, Biamp, or similar)
- Background in live event staging or venue production
- Experience in Video production workflows including switching, recording, and streaming
