Role Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Program Management Office, the Project Analyst is responsible for supporting and facilitating the Management Operating System (MOS) transformation program including risk management, financial management, transformation reporting, project controls and project interdependencies to ensure cohesive implementation of initiatives between MOS and functional workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
- Courageous Safety Leadership: Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Program Governance: Support in the development and governance of an enterprise-wide transformation program by crafting and maintaining documentation, templates, and tools for accuracy and consistency. Develop content for leadership reviews, program routines, meetings, and working sessions.
- Risk Management: Proactively handle and mitigate risks at a project and program level. Leverage risk management frameworks to assess potential impacts on the overall business and recommend mitigation strategies to secure successful outcomes. Provide support in reviewing, updating, and maintaining the MOS program risk repository.
- Financial Oversight: Contribute to the development and management of a multimillion-dollar program budget. Support updating and tracking MOS program budget, forecast and costs.
- Project Controls: Confirm project controls are in place, consistently applied, and in full compliance with corporate governance. Support program management rigor in schedule maintenance, activity tracking, progress reporting, and action management.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders within the central MOS team to ensure project planning and controls are implemented in alignment to the MOS program roadmap.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and coordination.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in identifying and detailing risks at the program and project level.
- Lead special projects within the transformation program such as scoping a new deployment workstream or handling program scope change.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is considered an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in project planning and controls with a track record of leading projects, demonstrating alignment between projects with corporate strategy.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling is preferred
- Excellent understanding of portfolio management principles to ensure all initiatives contribute to sustainable business growth with ability to develop and implement a strategic transformation roadmap that aligns with long-term business goals.
- Proficiency in financial management and portfolio budgeting, including forecasting, resource allocation, and performance-based budgeting.
- Adept at employing sophisticated analytics tools and methodologies to generate actionable insights and performance reports that drive data-driven decision-making across the executive team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to senior management.

- Adaptability & Influence: Ability to lead transformations in highly dynamic environments, balancing contending priorities and complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Risk Mitigation: Proficiency with risk identification and mitigation at the portfolio level, ensuring all potential challenges are known, actioned, and addressed before impacting the transformation’s success
Pay Range: CAD $105,000 - $130,000 per year
