Reporting to the Lead of the Power M365 team, the Microsoft 365 Specialist is responsible for enabling, mentoring, and encouraging users to effectively use Microsoft 365 productivity apps, including SharePoint, Copilot, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other M365 applications like Whiteboard. You will also be responsible for supporting the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Dataverse, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio.

Responsibilities:
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Act as a productivity ambassador, applying your knowledge and resourcefulness to guide business users in meeting their needs through Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform tools
- Mentor and support power users with sophisticated M365, Copilot and Power Platform use cases to improve their proficiency
- Identify areas and processes where M365, Copilot and Power Platform can be used for process improvement and digital transformation
- Tackle, configure, and develop solutions using SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft Whiteboard, as well as Power Apps and Power Automate
- Design, configure, and manage SharePoint Online sites, site collections, and libraries
- Engage with business owners to understand requirements, document workflows, and co-create solutions that bring ideas to life
- Develop and maintain documentation, end-user guides, and training materials for M365 and Power Platform applications
- Collaborate on delivering end-user communications—announcing new features, how-to tips, and rollout updates—to ensure timely awareness and smooth adoption
- Evaluate end-user adoption and collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure consistent, positive user experiences and solution delivery
- Plan and deliver training sessions and communications to drive awareness, adoption, and standard processes across the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies
- Proven expertise in SharePoint Online, Copilot, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams, and M365 suite of application
- Experience crafting, developing, and maintaining canvas and driven by models Power Apps, Dataverse solutions, and Power Automate flows
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 governance frameworks, CoE standard methodologies, and security/compliance considerations
- Strong mentoring, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on user empowerment
- Proficiency in managing transitions, ITSM frameworks, and delivering training and documentation
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), Power Platform App Maker (PL-100), and Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) are an asset
- Spanish language proficiency is an asset
