HR Coordinator, Talent Management

Reporting to the Senior Lead, Talent Management, the Talent Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of key Talent programs, including Performance Management and Succession Planning. This role provides essential logistical and administrative support across both cyclical and ad hoc Talent initiatives, working closely with HR partners and business leaders to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience. The Coordinator also contributes to the continuous improvement of Talent Management processes, tools, and documentation, helping to streamline workflows and enhance program effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures

Coordinate activities related to core Talent Management processes such as Performance Management and Succession Planning, including managing timelines, communications, and tracking
-
Provide logistical and administrative support for ad hoc talent initiatives and projects
-
Track, maintain, and report on talent data to support decision-making and monitor program effectiveness

Help with the refinement and documentation of Talent Management processes, templates, and workflows

Respond to employee and leader inquiries related to Talent programs, escalating issues as needed

Assist in drafting and updating program materials, communications, and training resources.

Manage and organize content within the team’s SharePoint site

Support SAP system testing and participate in HR audits as required

Collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth program execution

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning opportunities

Support team projects and colleagues as needed

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in human resources or a related area of focus
-
Attention to detail and accuracy, as well as strong analytical skills

Proactive and customer service focused

Adaptable and flexible, as well as open to learning and trying new things

Motivated self-starter, able to work under minimal direction and be able to coordinate several tasks simultaneously

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
-
Able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of integrity

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
-
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors would be considered an asset
-
Spanish speaking would be considered an asset

Salary Range: $67,000 - $82,000
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
