Content Specialist - RACE21 - (Contract)

Reporting to the Manager of Product, the Content Specialist will work on assessing ways that documentation processes can be adapted and improved. The efficiencies that this role builds will have a wide impact on the entire product team as well as the wider RACE21™ team!



  • Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
  • Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and contributor needs.
  • Analyzes information and provides insights and recommendations.
  • Provides input into the planning and implementation of document management programs.
  • Reviews documents to verify that forms are accurately completed, and the required formats are used.
  • Executes data entry, processing, and tracking to support document management activities.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with team members and collaborators to execute work and fulfill service delivery expectations.
  • Follows guidelines and policies for type of documentation, as required.
  • Participates in the design, development, implementation, and management of core processes.
  • Improves operational methods and workflows by identifying and recommending process improvement opportunities.
  • Supports change management work to ensure the achievement of anticipated benefits.
  • Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions.
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within given rules.



  • Between 3 - 5 years of proven experience and a post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience using MS Office suite, and Confluence
  • Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills
