Project Coordinator - Casual

The following opportunity is for a management staff casual position.

Trail Operations is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with experience in the planning and field execution of brown-field plant projects, ideally within a process refining complex.  Candidates must be willing to work intermittently and with variable workloads.


Reporting to the Project Systems Group or Plant Business Area, the Project Coordinator will be accountable for the planning, coordination and execution of multiple and concurrent capital, non-routine and routine projects typically under a value of $500,000.

  • Follows and ensures others follow established policies and procedures
  • Collaborative and comfortable working within a team environment
  • Is customer focused; establishes effective liaison with customers, contractors and suppliers
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines, prioritize and handle numerous tasks at once is essential
  • Ability to be adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong computer applications aptitude, with skill-base in Word and Excel. Experience with JDE and MS Project is beneficial
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license


The successful candidate(s) will have demonstrated the ability to meet the above criteria through past performance and should have a desire to carry this work experience into this new challenge.
