Reporting to the Director, Metal Sales & Marketing the Marketing Representative is responsible for assisting and supporting the Metal Sales marketing team to achieve the marketing plan. This outstanding candidate will assist Marketing Managers in developing and implementing specific marketing and sales plans based on production availability and customer requirements!

Responsibilities
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Liaise directly with Sales Administration, Logistics and Trail production teams to coordinate effective shipping schedules per customer requirements
- Work closely with Sales Managers to prepare sales and shipping forecasts
- Assist with the development of administrative systems to increase the efficiency of the Marketing department
- Assist in the administration and preparation of sales contracts
- Facilitate the development of effective logistics to improve the competitiveness of the Company
- Lead all aspects of preparing work leading up to the negotiation of contract sales
Qualifications

University, or equivalent, degree in Business, Commerce, or a technical field such as Engineering or Geology

3-5 years of experience, preferably in coal, raw materials, or industrial products, ideally in a marketing-related area

Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills

Comfortable in a negotiating setting

Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Attention to detail and analytical and organizational abilities

Salary Range: $103,000 - $127,000
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
