- Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and vendors on system implementation, configuration, release planning, and lifecycle management
- Support system integrations and data workflows across engineering, enterprise, and operational platforms
- Work hands-on with technologies including Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, and Windows-based environments
- Maintain accurate and current technical documentation, user guides, and support procedures
- Monitor system health, performance, and usage trends to proactively identify and implement improvements
- Contribute to initiatives around security, cloud compliance, and overall system performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 5–7 years of experience in application support, system analysis, or technical solution delivery—preferably in the mining or industrial sector
- Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, data modeling, and performance optimization
- Proven expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard development
- Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., App Services, Functions, Azure SQL) and DevOps pipelines
- Working knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript is an asset
- Experience handling technical documentation, small system improvements, and participating in change and release management
- Solid understanding of Windows-based environments, including networking, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, particularly related to incident and change management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; fluency in English is required, and Spanish is a strong asset
- Ability to work across time zones and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
