Responsibilities
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
- Be on site 3-4 days a week
- Build and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Lead change activities for various TDS Technology transformation initiatives and delivery streams as part of the Ready2Scale program.
- Provide expert change management advice and support to leadership teams.
- Ensure that organizational change efforts address important factors for change, such as managing collaborators, aligning leadership, communicating effectively, engaging interested parties, and providing training.
- Participate in program leadership meetings and report on TDS Technology Transformation Change measures including user & business partner readiness and risk.
- Collaborate with a broader network of TDS and organizational change professionals to ensure consistency with the change management framework and ensure cohesive and effective application across the TDS organization.
- Meet all program needs including customer analysis, impact assessments, communications, organizational readiness assessment, etc.
- Develop leadership alignment and cultivate change proficiencies, including crafting a Change Leader and Change Champion network to bolster the TDS Technology transformation.
Qualifications
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, organizational development, or a related field.
- CCMP designation or other accredited change management certifications
Core Experience
- 10+ years’ experience as a change management practitioner with demonstrated success in large-scale transformations.
- In-depth expertise in principles, methodologies, and tools for organizational change
- Experience implementing business and technology transformation programs.
Leadership & Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in working well with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in effectively guiding and influencing large groups through change.
- Experience managing collaborations at C-suite and executive levels
Technical & Analytical
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, solve problems, stay organized, and manage multiple assignments.
- Experience developing engagement and communication strategies.
- Experience leading and planning workshops and meetings (e.g.: Townhalls)
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Change Methodology Expertise
- Certification and proven application of established change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Lean Change Management, Kotter 8-Step, etc.)
- Experience selecting and adapting methodologies based on organizational and transformation scope.
- Technology & Digital Transformation
- Digital transformation experience, particularly in enterprise technology implementations
- Experience with Enterprise Operating Model (EOM) transformations
- Knowledge of issues related to technology adoption and tactics for managing digital change
- Industry & Specialized Experience
- Mining or resource sector experience
- Experience in managing culture changes initiatives.
- Experience with regulatory and compliance-heavy environments
Advanced Capabilities
- Proven track record of establishing and rapidly growing change champion networks within sizable corporations.
- Experience with change measurement and analytics, including readiness assessments and adoption metrics.
- History of successfully managing collaborators across various business units and geographic locations.
