Qualifications
Successful candidates should have the following qualifications and responsibilities:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or similar with a preferred concentration in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Motivated self-starter, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize work under pressure, and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and experience with document control systems, PowerBI, and inventory management programs/software would be an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all company documents and records to
- Develop and implement document control processes and procedures to enhance efficiency while ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee version control, distribution, and retrieval of documents to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather, review, and finalize documents for project execution.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation and processes to identify areas for improvement and compliance.
- Assist on research and project assignments, research negotiations, trends and economic analysis.
- Collaborate with help desk and network operations teams to determine and resolve end user issues.
- Plan, coordinate, and communicate all system changes.
- Participate as a support to business improvement initiatives.
- Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business.
- Participation in the health and safety programs of Teck to ensure that everyone on site goes home safe and healthy every day.
All students will be required to complete pre-employment drug testing prior to commencing work.

Wage Range: $65,000 - $81,000
Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.
