You will report to the Lead, Business Admin and be responsible for the development and maintenance of Power Platform application systems in both test and production environments. Your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying and resolving application issues and advancing as needed.
You will also play a crucial role in and ensuring that all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology, version control, appropriate testing, and risk guidelines. As an internal expert on the assigned system, you will be responsible for keeping track of changes made to the base system.
In addition, you will collaborate closely with the Project Development Team conducting technical and analytical work to develop, design, and analyze ground breaking technical solutions. This includes participating in project needs assessments, evaluating hardware and platform availability, and determining software requirements for needed process improvements.
Responsibilities

Craft and implement Power Platform based solutions that meet business requirements. You'll also play a crucial role in mentoring superusers to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

Identify areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be built and implemented for process improvement.

Develop low-code applications and automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate. You'll connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications using various connectors

Continued evaluation of end-user adoption and collaborate with multi-functional technology and design teams

Maintain consistent and positive client interaction, and deliver timely solutions
Qualifications
-
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or completion of a Post-secondary Diploma in Computer Science

A minimum of 2 years related work experience (systems analyst, business analyst, design, application development and/or technical support) with Microsoft Power Platform

Technical Skills: Power Platform and related technologies (Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Automate, RPA, AI Builder) and nice to have's are data analytics, azure cloud, and Dynamics 365

Proficient communicator with strength in collaboration and relationship building

Ability to maintain a healthy, inclusive, and trusting workplace, with integrity, and accountability

Experience with Azure DevOps, agile and ALM a big asset

Demonstrable experience with business process redesign, including development of as-is and to-be states. Including process diagrams and use of process diagram tools such as Visio
