Power Platform Developer Co-op

For this exciting position, we are specifically targeting students who have a background in Computer Science or Business with an interest in technology. Depending on the needs and location of the team, you will need to work PDT or MDT or relocate to a specific office (site-based). You must also currently be a student enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution and will be enrolled throughout the duration of the co-op term (you will also be returning back to the post-secondary institution once the co-op term is completed). Proof of a valid work permit will also be required, if applicable.

Salary Range: $3900 - $4900 / Month
Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.
Responsibilities
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Assist digital makers with their Power Platform products (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages)
- Identify areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be built and implemented for process improvement
- Develop low-code applications and automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate. Connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications using various connectors
- Oversee the evaluation of end-user adoption and collaborate with multi-functional technology and design teams
- Maintain consistent and positive client interaction, and deliver timely solutions
Qualifications
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
- Previous experience with stakeholder management and business analysis is preferred
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and platforms efficiently and accurately
- Proficient communicator with strength in collaboration and relationship building
- Ability to maintain a healthy, inclusive, and trusting workplace, with integrity, and accountability
- Proven experience with business process redesign, including development of as-is and to-be states, process diagram tools such as Visio
