Reporting to the Learning Management System (LMS) Lead, the Learning Management System Coordinator (12-months temporary) will support both internal and external resources required to maintain, update, and support all aspects of the SuccessFactors LMS across Teck operating sites, business locations, and functions. This outstanding individual wil support training creation, testing, data integrity, generation of reports and will assist learners with troubleshooting in accessing and applying training resources! The position provides training coordination services to smaller corporate departments. Additionally, this role includes mentorship on using and integrating the LMS, sharing LMS guidelines, and improving training and learning resources.

Responsibilities:
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Establish and promote the maintenance of a Safe and Healthy working environment; conforms to the Corporate Health, Safety, Environment, and Communities Management Standards and ensures personal compliance with HSEC Management Standards and specific to this role
- Support the LMS Administrative professionals across the corporation by providing advice and mentorship on standard process utilization of the system
- Maintain the LMS for global corporate training requirements using the LMS Business Process and Procedures and supporting documentation
- Support learners by trouble-shooting issues they encounter in accessing or applying the system
- Coordinate with testing training courses to ensure a high-quality user experience
- Assist with reporting, LMS adoption evaluation, and training surveys
- Facilitate with the ongoing testing and validation of the LMS software changes and updates. Work with internal department and site partners to facilitate and manage the changes
- Assist in the evaluation of vendors related to training courses and learning tools
- Support the development, maintenance, and delivery of a common training program for Teck LMS Administrators
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in training or learning management role including working with an LMS in a large, complex organization. Preference will be given to experience with SuccessFactors LMS
- Post-secondary education in Adult Education or Learning & Development Management, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate) would be an asset
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage several projects concurrently
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to establish working relationships with all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with an in-depth knowledge of Excel
- Demonstrated ability to produce results

Salary Range: $65000 - $81000
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
