Talent Acquisition Implementation Advisor

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Implementation Advisor is a critical member of the Enterprise Talent Acquisition Team. This individual will work directly with the various business operations facilitating global implementations and project work. 

 

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with a strong understanding of business and recruitment processes.  Experience implementing technical solutions in complex business environments.  Functional analytical and change management skills will drive success!  Someone with superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and relate with their audience!   The ability to influence, collaborate and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of partner groups across all levels of our organization! This position may be based out of any Teck location and consideration given to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
  • Work directly with senior team members such as the Leads of Talent Acquisition Technology and Marketing to understand priorities, deliverables, and execute project plans
  • Facilitate system administration for all internal and external recruitment applications and integrated technologies in production
  • Acting Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Recruitment Management (RCM) module, troubleshoot issues, facilitate updates, end user service and solutions
  • Assist in the development and execution of the strategic Talent Acquisition Technology Plan
  • Conduct business analysis on current recruitment processes and document current state and business requirements
  • Recommend process improvement opportunities through standardization, digital automation and AI
  • Assist in the analysis, design, development, implementation, change management and sustainment of new recruitment applications and integrated technologies 
  • Lead and facilitate all testing and optimization requirements
  • Lead and facilitate all training requirements as a part of a collaborative and global team
  • Manage analytics, develop reports, monitor, and socialize technology KPI’s to optimize performance and promote best practice 
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team on interdependencies that require upgrading and product enhancements to improve overall system performance
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to optimize implementations and ensure success

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years combined work experience in recruiting, system implementation, project management, operational excellence, or change management
  • In depth understanding of the recruitment life-cycle and related business processes
  • Working experience with SAP SuccessFactors RCM module 
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules Recruitment Marketing (RMK), Onboarding, Employee Central (EC), or Lever considered an asset
  • Experience working with new progressive automated recruitment technologies in a global production environment considered an asset
  • Training experience using a variety of technologies and methodologies for delivery
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite®
